DOTI's (Denver Department of Transporation and Infrastructure) commitment to Vision Zero seems half-hearted at best. Examples: Nothing done to address the speedway that is Monaco between 6th and Colfax. Using RRSPs instead of HAWKs or full-fledged bike signals for the Krameria-Kearney bikeway.
