In other news, the IC706 I had in the work truck is in drastic need of a tune-up/full alignment/etc.... Low power output on 40m, SWR pegs to infinity, even though the antenna system shows a decent SWR on the same band. Extremely low power output on 20m and 10m, but SWR reads correct. Anyone know of a good, reputable, fair repair shop that can do the alignment and repair what's broken? The rig is 25 years old, and has about 2 million miles on it between my POV and the Semi truck. It's been a great rig, it just needs some help. Looking for recommendations on repair shops. #HAMradio #IC706mk2g #repair #alignment #Radio #ICOM
