To put it shortly, the only place to host it this year was here on tsundere.love. Some people defederate from here because they cannot handle a few of the people who are here, and as a result they've shut themselves off from the tournament.
I did even go out of my way to tell some of those people that they're welcome to participate and vote from alternative instances, and they turned it down.

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating@tsundere.love @FaggotTourney@tsundere.love I see, it seems that whichever instance hosts it, there will probably be someone who objects. At some point, it just boils down to the people who voluntarily participate and want to support it. Even the generous, gentlemanly No Authority Social crowd showed up rather shyly this year. That's also why I suggested giving the tournament more themes or subjects, rather than keeping it as just "the biggest faggot on Fedi." Give people more reasons to join because they enjoy the event itself, not just because of where it's hosted.
