I've lived and worked there too, so I hear you. I don't think the swing to the right is as solid as DS thinks, but they're loud and she's giving them what they want. BC has it's problems, mainly stupidity at the top, but the right is fractured and clearly crazy.

@wordstitcher@thecanadian.social For sure BC has it flaws too. Can’t deny that. And I also agree that far-right groups and movements are mostly small by comparison to others, but fucking hell they like to get loud.
