@lynnandtonic@front-end.social Love this! I abandoned my "just shut up and get along" phase a long time ago because I discovered I was training other people to take advantage of me. Saying no can be a form of commanding respect from others, as long as you do it at the right time for the right reason (aka not being contrarian just cuz).
