Finally giving Frieren a go.
So far it has perfectly captured the depressing feeling of reaching the end of a years long D&D campaign, and I'm not even 10 minutes in.

@TheSunnyOne@eldritch.cafe It's true. I'm reading the manga and it really has that feel and it's so. Well. Done. With how much folks loved the anime, I assume it's a lot of the same of what makes the manga work so well.

@TheSunnyOne@eldritch.cafe Yea, it is kinda trying to teach you that even when you think your (life or D&D) journey is over there will always be something new that comes after that is still worth living for and that you'll find something new you can focus on and "get into".
