Just stopped to really think about the implication that when selecting an instance for a new alt account, I didn't even check if any of them have Neobot, I just kind of (correctly) assumed that they probably would. That's pretty humbling. Neobot is probably the biggest thing I've made, in terms of people seeing and using it. (Pridematic Shards probably still has it beat in terms of "downloaded and installed" though.) And the interesting thing is that I didn't really expect anyone to care about either of them, I made them for me. I say that a lot about art. "Don't chase the numbers, make something that you'd like. If it doesn't blow up, you've still got one fan at minimum. If it does, the genuine care that you put into such a project will probably be a factor." I know that's hard when your rent is riding on your art doing well, and I won't begrudge anyone their hustle, but when you look back, what do you want to see more of, Disney remakes or People's Jokers?
