Weird: I’ve had a letter from “FTC Prime Subscription Settlement Administrator”, which seems to be a legit thing, but it’s addressed to a friend of mine for whom I have bought stuff from her Amazon wishlist. Most curious, hopefully she’ll get back to me and say it’s ok to open it! Looking online, it’s either a scam or a check for $51 that UK banks mostly won’t cash. Edit: it is indeed a check for $51. Apparently you can ask for it to be sent by PayPal instead, but we’re not sure if it should be her or me making that request….
