the equivalent of cleaning house, im updating my nix versions for apps i use, doing some garbage collection. unlike OS updates, you rarely end up blowing up your home in the process.

@ellyxir Waaaait, but how about the reverse metaphor? One would revert a house to the state of cleanliness by executing a command? Like take dishes, eat from them, and revert them back to clean state. Does it mean that by doing dishes we are getting closer to becoming nix incarnate?
