A few pictures from my late afternoon visit yesterday to what was once referred to as the "Hard town of Kruševac," the fortified city started by Prince Lazar in 1370. The biggest remains are the ruins on the Donjon and it's surviving dry ditch, and the church, which was desecrated by the Ottomans and used for gunpowder storage. A number of rampart walls and three sided towers (very characteristic of Serbian defensive architecture) survive in ruinous states. https://pixelfed.social/p/Infoseepage/938366897673922201
