So how many #WordPress folks who still do community work do so while supporting the words and actions of Matt Mullenweg with regards to WP Engine, as opposed to in spite of it?

@david@tech.lgbt I haven't done WP dev in a while, but watching all this from the sidelines makes me sad -- Power seems to be such a corrupting force.

@david@tech.lgbt maybe I'm missing part of (or a lot of) the story, but WP Engine being owned by private equity is a trash thing that deserves outrage, no? Is that this is about, or something different/new?
