But soon you will see more and more ads of your loved ones enjoying *brand name* softdrink and fun holidays, booked with *brand name" in their afterlife. And you can only stop this by paying Meta.

@CStamp Fucking hell. No. As someone who has dealt with a relative who hallucinated their dead family members, with near fatal consequences that were only thwarted due to quick thinking on someone elses part, this is fucking evil.

@CStamp I wonder if this can be used (by police) to fight against some kinds of warrant canaries (perhaps not the right term?) Imagine if someone is arrested. The police could then hook an AI into their social medias and nobody would know they were even missing. So a “i stop updating this if i arrested” could be defeated. The AI hooked into social media could then act as an informant on the arrested person’s friends

@CStamp at this point the harsh truth is that people still using meta products are complicit in this ever expanding evil and need to delete accounts now not later.
