I recently left my 2nd job at a digital agency (multiple jobs pay the bills) and I need a new role: 20 years in IT, prior roles as a lead developer, skills in .Net/Node/React/NextJS/GraphQL. Anyone out there hiring right now? I need flexibility, so asking ~£40k a year/€45k equiv. 3 days a week (4 at a push), fully remote so I can do acting auditions and gigs when they come in. Anyone interested? DM please.

@kayeluvian I have a similar skillset. It took me 6.5 months to land a new job. I have been a dev for 30 years and I have never, ever known the jobs market be this bad. AI based HR software has fucked everything to do with tech recruitment. That's before I start ranting about fake job postings and being ghosted after interviews.
