@kayeluvian I have a similar skillset. It took me 6.5 months to land a new job. I have been a dev for 30 years and I have never, ever known the jobs market be this bad. AI based HR software has fucked everything to do with tech recruitment. That's before I start ranting about fake job postings and being ghosted after interviews.

@robcornelius I have applied for several tech roles and heard nothing, not even a confirmation I sent an application. I reckon they were ghost roles: recruiters and companies just keeping an eye open for what the market's like and who's out there.
