The biggest challenge in #OpenSource #UX design is convincing developers that not everything needs to be customizable. “Make it customizable” is slang for “make the user design the UI themselves.” Yes, there are times users desire to design their interface; but they are rare and generally fairly self-evident. That very normal menu with some options people disagree about is not one of them.
