@aj @furilabs For Halium, does it mean:
1. Recent (always updated) Linux kernel + driver blobs?
2. Old (can't/hard to be updated) Linux kernel + driver blobs?
I'm really curious since I liked this phone so much because of the hardware kill switches, high performance processor and high RAM capacity, plus everything works. But it's a bummer that it doesn't support the AT&T network.

@joe9nf@mastodon.social @furilabs@fosstodon.org Regarding the kernel, it definitely seems to be more of #2. I don't know the details about why, but it is based on kernel 4.19. If I understand correctly, the phone has all of the technology necessary for the AT&T network but AT&T does IMEI allowlisting so that you can only connect with their phones. I'm sure there are means of spoofing an IMEI number from an approved device but that would be illegal in most jurisdictions.
