Phone saga. And, yes, I'm a little dense sometimes. I tried to use the Internet on my phone while I was out of wifi range. Turns out I did not have data service. I should have known that I would not have requested service with data when I originally got the service with a flip phone. It cost more for data. But I want data for when our Internet is down so I needed to change plans. Only $5 more but I couldn't figure out how to do it with the instructions I found online. Turns out they changed things and now an agent is required. Chat again and I dreaded it. But this time it was quick and easy.

@ajlewis2 Glad to hear you got it sorted, usually these things are easy when you have a real person to talk to. Less so when it's a million buttons you have to click through.
