@Frondeur@poa.st @apropos@fsebugoutzone.org @Orkin_Awk@poa.st @Terry@poa.st the US needs massive amounts of oil being traded, even if inefficiently importing millions of barrels while exporting millions of barrels. it's because the US's primary export is its currency and its debt. the petrodollar and the US imperial efforts to force the world to trade in its currency is the only thing that keeps the financial ponzi scheme known as the US economy above water.
