Age verification on internet connected devices is contentious. There's no good answer. But, California (I think) is considering a law that would mandate age verification on all operating systems and then all apps would query the user profile before granting access. But what stops dodgy Dave down the pub, or some backstreet PC shop selling devices with a fake adult ID already set? And what about the millions of devices already in the wild? #AgeVerification #security #privacy
