If I would have been responsible for creating disc images in a CD pressing factory, I would have made sure to add digital information outside of any track whenever a CD wasn't quite full.
Nothing useful. Just dick jokes and the like.
People like me exist. Now it's up to everybody else to search supposedly unused spaces on CDs and DVDs for structured patterns.
