Even when Canadian governments do the right thing, they do it as badly as possible. It is infuriating. Today, BC announced that we’re going to stop doing time changes (good) but stay on DST (bad). You don’t have to take my word for it that DST is the wrong choice. Here’s basically every organization that thinks about sleep or circadian rhythms on the topic: American Academy of Sleep Medicine
