Not so fun fact: It is, in most cases, cheaper for US citizens to fly to another country (like France or Germany), get out-of-pocket paid vaccines against diseases that are eradicated in these countries (like rabies), and pay hotel costs for the two weeks of treatment, than getting a single treatment in the US, even with their health insurance covering most of the cost. The US is for healthy people. Not many people there are healthy.
