To be fair, that applies to most militaries.

This is essentially a “guns don’t kill people” argument. However a particular gun might be involved in a lot more deaths if it happens to belong to a psycho who’s always waving it around at the slightest provocation.

Some start far more of the wars that get children killed. Some are far more bloodthirsty in their strategies. Few countries go bombing others because they know nobody would actually attack their own homeland. There might be other evil countries, but the US has been an outlier since after WWII.
