I'm going through some old paperwork, and just found a pocket notebook that I must have had quite some time ago.
I flipped it open, and on the inside front cover I had written "Hotlines", followed by the tech support phone number for WordPerfect and then the specialty tech support phone number for *macros* in WordPerfect.
There's also a receipt tucked in here from Tags Hardware dated May 1997.
I'm pretty sure I never used WordPerfect in its subsequent Windows versions. I'm pretty sure I just rediscovered the magic phone numbers for getting support with WordPerfect 4.2 for DOS.
I'm a little behind in my housekeeping.

Also, a few pages in, I found a table I drew of alchemical symbols. You know, the sort of thing you want to have handy as a reference.

@siderea I love that there was a specific phone number for WordPerfect macros back in the day. Like it was understood that if you were dealing with macros, you were already advanced enough that you got to skip the regular line and jump straight to the second tier of support.
