So I think I’ve finally figured out part of why forming better habits doesn’t work for me in the long run.
I keep trying to use habit trackers, and at some point, the cognitive load of using them becomes too much and I start avoiding the habit to avoid having to track it, and I end up just falling.

I do track my medication because I can never remember if I take it and I’ll often put off taking my medication just so I don’t have to go through the minimal effort of marking it as taken.

@ghalldev this sounds relatable to me. If you figure anything else please post about it 😅 Or maybe each one is a special case about how to make it effortless I often have more success crafting an environment to succeed. Rather than tracking how often I succeed
