Finally!
After watching them weld at this construction site for months I happened to go by just as they got ready to inspect the welds!
The source is a lot smaller than I expected it to be, it's a B-Type container made from depleted uranium. In it is a TBq or so of Ir-192 or Se-75, depending on the weld thickness and material.

Apparently this is a SU 100 Teletron, loaded with 4.8 TBq of Ir-192!

@gigabecquerel How thick is the depleted U shielding? Doesn't look large, but at the density of uranium, things get very heavy very soon. Edit: Also the handle looks hefty.
