At @fosdem 2026, Element’s VoIP team presented MatrixRTC, bringing real time voice, video, and data natively into @matrix rooms.
Key ideas include protocol-native real time support, scalable transports, and new building blocks like slots and sticky events, all designed to preserve decentralisation, federation and end-to-end encryption.

I need an non-technical translation for nooby users please! 🙏 I don't unterstand most of your posts, and if they are relevant for me and other normal users without IT background. I think it would be great if @element and @matrix get a marketing for the hopefully future average users. In the simplest English possible, which is easier to understand and translate.
