@gloriouscow@oldbytes.space maybe that's a brown band on the left. Then we'd have 16.5 ohms which at least is in the normal E96 resistor series. Maybe yellow as a nonstd tolerance or maybe it's a tempco. Either way the value is small and you should be able to measure it in-circuit to get a feel for it's value.
