Something else was definitely going wrong as well, so I rebooted.
Plasma forgot *everything*. Virtual desktops, activities, desktop background, panel configurations...
...What?

The configuration for my external backups are gone... autostart programs are gone, window rules are gone... WTF, did something just wipe half my .config folder?
