This is not about whether you're a good person. Nobody cares about that. It's about whether you have built the capacity to see what you're doing in real time, to take accountability when you cause harm, and to repair it. That is what a consistent, demonstrated antiracist practice actually means.
Without it, you are not safe to be around. That's not an accusation. It's a structural reality. Your lack of awareness doesn't protect the people around you from the harm you cause.
