I should probably mention the fact that Filofax no longer makes the Pocket size pages that have the elongated punched holes to fit both the current 6-hole Pocket and the vintage 4-hole Pocket binders. The 6-hole version will not fit the Personal binder, only the 4-hole and combo versions will fit.
So, if you buy pre-printed Pocket inserts, you have to re-punch them yourself. Pocket size is 81 x 120 mm. The ones I am making for my Paige Paigen line, which I call "ppk" size, are 85 mm x 120 mm.

The "ppk" name is after both "passport" and "pocket". It's a little wider than Filofax Pocket, because it's really designed more to be used in conjunction with a Filofax Personal size personal organizer, but still a little smaller than ISO/IEC 7810 ID-3 passport size, which is 88 x 125 mm, so it fits inside products designed for passports. You could, of course, use it on its own, but it won't fit current Filofax Pocket size ring metals, without repunching.
