Hey Mastodon hivemind: Does anybody have experience starting up a US-based 501(c)(3) non-profit for a small organization (in my case, an academic journal)? No employees, very small board, only the need to have an entity that can legally hold copyrights and ownership that isn't any of the individuals involved, so that the entity could survive someone going rogue. Would appreciate being able to ask a couple of questions and/or see if there's any pitfalls I'm not considering. :boost_requested:
