Getting to the point where my hayfever is near debilitating. This is the first year I’ve had to take two pills a day, or to take them at all to help with sleeping (otherwise too bunged up to breathe well). I wouldn’t mind so much but the new “feels like someone is squeezing my brain” thing blows
