went on vacation round the end of June and I did not like how I looked. I'd gained weight since COVID and lockdown and, looking the mirror, I was like "Dude, we can do better."
After I got back, I changed my diet significantly. I still eat, and I still eat real food. But I only eat once a day, with an occasional bit of beef jerky or some bleu cheese crumbles. And then I started walking... really walking. Like I'm pulling 7k per day and burning 800 to 1,100 calories per day.
And so far...

I don't actually know how much weight I've lost. I can absolutely see the difference in the mirror. Some of my pants don't fit properly anymore. And I'm going to need to either buy a new belt or punch some holes in my current ones. So... progress, and a quite a bit of it. But I have no idea how much I weigh, because I don't wanna look at the scale. There are three possibilities of what might occur if I look at the scale...
