I don't actually know how much weight I've lost. I can absolutely see the difference in the mirror. Some of my pants don't fit properly anymore. And I'm going to need to either buy a new belt or punch some holes in my current ones. So... progress, and a quite a bit of it.
But I have no idea how much I weigh, because I don't wanna look at the scale. There are three possibilities of what might occur if I look at the scale...

1. I like the number, but then I think, If I double my efforts, the number will be even better! 2. The number isn't as good as I hoped, and now I'm depressed because this isn't working fast enough and what am I doing wrong? 3. The number is even better than I hoped! But hey, all I need to do is a little bit more and the number will be even better! Down that road lies madness.
