My favorite interpretation of Rouge the Bat is that she actually is not as endowed as her outfit is designed o lead you to believe, she wears shapewear because a) she likes it and b) you'll be surprised at how many gemstones you can smuggle out of a building when you can just stuff them in your bra without anyone noticing.
