Because there seems to be a bit of confusion. Open Weight LLMs (Large Language Models) is just a fancy word for "models you can download and run locally on your machines". Closed Weight is just a fancy word for MaaS, Models as a Service, that run remotely on machines from the vendor. Hope that helps!
Open Source models are a very different topic. It means you not only get the trained model but also (access to) the training data itself. But that is all a bit undefined in reality.
