They need me alright and used me for free testing and feedback under false pretenses for what looks like a fake roles. Twice (different jobs/bots). It is a pre-ATS AI guessing who you are by online presence and ranking you for jobs. They forced verbal after I declined for accessibility/was and told that was ok. Between the slang, vocal fry, and attitude. It is not professional or cool. But I think I know why no one is getting hired…
