@jbz@indieweb.social @ike@pkm.social While this MIGHT help, we need to normalize leaving voicemail messages when someone does not answer the phone so that people are less hesitant to block unknown callers. Turning on the block feature on my phone was a life changer for me. So was getting rid of my landline. When I get a legitimate message, I call back, sometimes within minutes. If harassing telemarketers can't reach you, they'll stop calling.
