It is utterly fucking exhausting having to deal with people who can't figure out Multi-Factor Authentication and don't check that it works until it's far too late (they're away from work).

And from a security standpoint, I shouldn’t even entertain requests for resetting MFA without seeing them in person. It could be anyone on the other end of an email or phone call.
