It's not copilot, it's not AI. It's a preloaded set of help topics that existed well before copilot. You can access it by pressing F1.
Alternatively, you can press the formula button next to the formula bar, and get a whole load of options for formula assistance by typing in key words eg 'date'. Again, not copilot.
These things existed long before copilot and are more accurate.
Did you only start using excel since copilot integration? You can turn that off.

I've used that F search option for years (and have another name for what the F Stands for). It's only good if you already have an idea of what you're looking for, useless for
