So cruel. Unnecessary and cruel. And harms the community and country too. I’m having trouble finding the right words. Ones that come to mind are “pogrom” and “the yellow badge.” Which aren’t exact, but the general thrust, the societal impulse, is awfully similar. Every aspect of this is wrong.
