Like, I feel like it could've been MORE about writing, about what happens when a writer gets off the chain and starts spinning nonsensical stuff that really DOES start to affect people. There was space there for like, God as the editor he kills. Iunno, it's a good premise but I don't feel like they really took it where it needed to go.

@CactuarJoe@retro.pizza I think Mouth of Madness works as well as it can while still being a movie. The pure concept would work better as a book. Kinda? But it's easier to loop itself over and over to replay differently in a movie that would just seem tedious in a book. *shrug* #Monsterdon
