#3GoodThings: 1) A female hummingbird, feeding from one of my hyssop flowers, about 4 feet from where I was standing 2) A fledgeling cowbird following its sparrow “parent” around (saw this on the dog walk at 6am today — we have to get out early to avoid the heat) 3) While I was watering the hanging baskets, and not looking where I was putting my feet, my ankle knocked into something warm and furry… a baby bunny! Don’t know who was more surprised. Anyway, it’s now hiding under the porch 😆
