Dear Friends of retro computing. It is not my oldest computer but is my oldest outdoors Linux device. An #Eeepc running a celeron processor and an excellent interface in only the tiniest bit of ram. However/hoover... - Can not get ye ancient wifi wep and wpa to work. Been trying. - So far I have found the power lead, am charging the battery and may have to use Ethernet later to get on something known as the interweb 😎 - Pretty ancient version of fIREFOX AND A REALLY nice suite of programs. It may have a tiny amount of internal SSD memory as it looks as if I added mtpaint What a wondrous piece of kit/kitty. It is pretty self contained. The screen is small. The keyboard is quite useful and I pugged/plugged in a USB laser mouse (Can not stand touchpads) I am in reverse enshittification... and I likes it. Most Truly Precious. What have you throne away or designated as junk? A few billionaires x-toys perhaps? :hmmyes: :tux: ✅
