Then I realized that the Rob and Larry I was talking to didn't look anything like my uncles, and there were a few other people in the room, none of whome I recognized. One of my uncles claimed to be Quentin Tarantino, pulled out a gun, and starting killing everyone. The dream turned into a time loop, and I kept trying to do different things to stop not-uncle-Larry-who-might-have-actually-been-Quentin-Tarantino from killing everyone, but he always did, and the loop would start over. I wondered if I could use process of elimination to figure out who, if anyone, in this loop was real, other than me. It turned out the only other person who was real was a naked young woman, who I hadn't noticed before. Everyone else disappeared, and I picked her up with my left hand, with my arm completely outstretched. She hung from my hand bent and twisted, like a sea creature pulled from the ocean. 2/11

Because of the naked woman's contortion, I thought she was disabled, so I took her down the stairs to put her to bed. Her bed looked more like a doctor's examination table, and she resisted when I tried to gently place her on it. She stood up on her own, and pushed me onto a couch. She straddled herself on top of me, and started kissing my face, saying things like "Shhh... it's okay... you don't have to take care of me, I'm here to take care of you..." This wasn't an innuendo, it didn't even occur to me at the time that it could be taken that way. It was far more disturbing than sexy, especially when she called me Homer, after I called her Lisa. We weren't the Simpsons, but still, yikes. I realised I was asleep, and I wanted to wake up. So I woke up, and I knew I was awake, because I hadn't been wearing my CPAP mask in my dream. The sheets were tangled around my arms and legs, and I was having trouble getting my mask off. 3/11
