Ontario gives a little more money to universities and finally lifts the tuition freeze (at below inflation rates), yay, universities can survive a little longer. Ontario changes OSAP so that it is now mostly loans and less grants, oh no, a lot of people now won't be able to afford to go. #OnPoli
