And they idled in the spot for a couple of minutes while I was writing that follow-up, but then they backed away and then pulled forward to leave the lot, crossing my view again, and it looked like she was giving him the what-for. She's driving, speaking very animatedly, and since the car's going in a straight line, her hands are off the wheel, gesturing, and she's literally leaning into whatever she's saying.
FWIW: I have no idea what they were talking about, so this is all my own imagination.

But that having been said, the visuals did not make me envious of that relationship. I know, I know, who am I to judge? I'm not saying anything about my relationship being perfect. That'd be like declaring myself woke. But I feel like I just witnessed some sort of cautionary tale. Like that guy was planting the seeds for his own personal male loneliness epidemic.
