The country of Canada does not have a ban on US alcohol sales.
Any such decision is made at the provincial level and some provinces still provide consumer access to these products.
This doesn't change the consumer's right not to buy it.

@dabertime@mstdn.ca US booze sales in Alberta are pretty sad (I don’t know about Saskatchewan), so I would assume it would be even worse in other provinces
