I have a luncheon to attend in a few short minutes. It is 100 degrees Fahrenheit, and it feels like 108. I tell you that story so I can tell you this one; there is no way to apply socially mandated makeup for women of certain age in this heat. I would need a trowel, a quickset concrete and spray cans.
I’m going bare faced and I dare anyone to say something.

@MissConstrue@mefi.social I stopped wearing make up years ago. I'm not interested in impressing anyone and I'm certainly not going to fool them about my age with a little face paint. Why bother?
